Today's annoucement:
"Finalisation of agreed valuations for each business and the number of shares to be issued by MNZ as consideration for the DealsDirect shares."
Good thing is they are going to issue shares as consideration, it will be a reverse takeover if the deal goes through. This is very good because of less cash or no cash MNZ to pay.
