My impression is that this will be the last cap raising.Fully diluted they will have 100 million shares on issue after all options are exercised.
Hartleys conservatively estimate that for the year ended 2017 that AYA will be making a net 100 mil profit p.a. A PE of 10 puts them at a market cap of 1 bil.
AYA looks like a 15 bagger over the next 3 years.
I understand 2 institutions took the majority of the placement.
