Bingo this will most certainly be good news as following the presentaiton yesterday.
Judging by the 12th July announcement it is either the 33% or full 200m shares for full acquisition.
I am not sure which one it will be though. My understanding is that the 33% was done. I would be surprised if the 200m could be done so quickly.
