Yep agree Digga, I was looking at the ann mentioned in the trading halt again:
? Investment of $250,000 which will increase the ECQ stake in Cynata to a fully diluted 33%, effective immediately.
? An option to acquire the balance of Cynata shares that it does not already own within 18 months. Consideration for the acquisition of all remaining shares of Cynata is 200,000,000 fully paid, ordinary Eco Quest shares. Exercise of the option will be conditional on Eco Quest shareholder approval and compliance with all applicable laws and stock exchange rules.
The 250k stated effective immediately so 33% is done (correct me if Im wrong). Which only leaves the remaining shares to be paid in 20 mill ECQ shares, time frame was between then and 18 months. Thats a speedy gonzales take over if its complete. And a another tick for management.
Thats my speculation. The only concern for me is trading halts. Been in a few not so good ones. I hope this is not another one of them.
