Given this line;

"Investment of $250,000 which will increase the ECQ stake in Cynata to a fully diluted
33%, effective immediately" Released July 7th

And then this,

"As a result, the Company has decided to put in
place a strategy to acquire 100% of Cynata. "

Given the Trading Halt request today references this asx release as per 12th July. I am almost certain its the latter.

The sharemarket does not like uncertainty. This announcement is significant because any prospective buyers who were on the sidelines will now be looking for an entry due to the corporate transaction.

Putting it out there, a very good chance of seeing 4c plus come tuesday.
