Was done through Wilsons and was 1.5x oversubscribed at $0.33 per share. Use of proceeds is apparently for general working capital and IT build out. They do not expect any further raisings will be required between now and becoming cash flow positive.
Lucky for Wilson's clients. Pity for the rest of us.
