If its anything more than 10 million, it will be stage.
Stage 1 - 2 million for 3d (10%)
Stage 2 - 8 million for two wells (20%)
Stage 3 - 10-15 million for four more wells (30%)
Something like that. Haven't seen large up front payments to micros since gfc.
