I don't know if this is the big announcement or not but in late June I did ask the company a number of questions and they replied with the following; and I quote,

"I am happy with all the people we are talking to. More happy with some than others but all are ok." "We want to lock it away as soon as possible." "We should not need to go it alone, this is not our preferred option".

"The companys that we prefer are the ones that will add credibility to the effort" "Funnily enough, they are also the ones who are offering more in financial incentives".
