The best way for PIR to add value, attract potential biders and hold them off/force them to pay more is to drill harder (further regional targets as well) and complete studies as fast as they can with elevated cash levels well and above what they need. See Andean, Moto, Bolnisi ect. Reckon $30-40M at 125c ish, unfortunately gold, Mali, GRY and cap raising concerns have all been issues around the price.
