I agree with you, folks, that AXM buying something looks twisted. They have written this ANN sloppily if they are having a potential change of control event, or sale of an asset:

"The Company is in advanced discussion regarding a possible
acquisition."

I hope you people who are in do ok from this. They only have a $12M market cap. Mybe they can sort themselves. I note that BSM had an asset sale, and they have refractory gold-type material, so AXM might get a nibble.
