Not sure if that leaves any money to buy NTU ground, but that wouldn't be a clever move either way. Lots more ground over not so prospective ground to explore with no money. :-)
More debt just means their biggest shareholder and 'loan holder' just gets more of TAM for less? Debt ceiling raised by another $6 million-odd... Enough for nearly another quarter!
