HREE, don't worry about administration for the company- the AFR has clearly seen the term sheet sent around by Patersons, so you can take the raising price etc, as fact. The market cap is currently $173.65m. With the extra shares- more than double- the question will be, what is the market cap after the raising, and then compare it with the market cap now. If TAM has paid off its debt, it may go a bit better than it is now.
