MKE is seeking to raise A$3.85 million through the placement of up to 35 million shares at a price of A$0.11 per share.

The Placement will be conducted in two tranches with the first tranche of 25 million Placement shares conducted within the Company’s 15% limit permitted under ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and the remaining 10 million Placement Shares being placed subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting held on or around the 7th of January 2013.
