yeah, I understand the ease of going out to sophisticated and professional to raise quickly.
However, the ann refers a few times to issuing to SOME existing s/hs. Who choose those shareholders? Does it include any related parties to directors? The board is responsible for managing in the interests of ALL s/hs. To issue discounted shares and free options to a select group of shareholders in not on, IMHO. Writing an email now. If don't like the answer will be writing to ASX and ASIC too. Not that i expect any action, but apathy is what small resource co.s rely on.
