Yes, takeover -PLEASE -...I'd be so glad to get rid of mine for ten cents....However, this announcement doesn't smell like a takeover offer...If it regards the Cadlao project only, as the announcement insinuates...then perhaps they've gotten an offer to relinquish it from someone else in the region (i.e. NDO, OEL, etc - please don't be a scrip offer)....or slightly more palatable...farm-in....as the SPP has fallen over badly and I'm guessing their Filipino financier, Legavi, may be getting cold fangs on this deal. Anyway, I'm thinking 90% probability that we are about to get the barb-wire enema. Grease up.
