Blade Petroleum have said the Raisama 50% deal in Cadlao is terminated / over - full stop.

Even if Raisama was to obtain finance it's too late.

Blade will send the $6.6 mil less unpaid invoice of roughly $1 mil to Riasama. Blade will now proceed with the project with JV partner Venturoil. Both of these companies are private companies. Venturoil seem content and happy to finally proceed. Raisama is said to have derailed the project for well over 6 mths.

So Raisama now has no interest in Cadlao.

Al least Legavi don't get their commission as the loan was not executed due not to Raisamas fault. It was the European Banks fault.
