Q. Why would Blade give termination notice now, when all they have to do is wait 6 weeks?
It certainly puts Blade at risk of a damages claim for not a supporting Raisama (actually making it harder to obtain finance)
Does anyone have a good knowledge of the Legavi tabled offer?
In addition to the lack of drawdown, maybe the amount of loan is too low to satisfy Blade?
