Wild Bill, how did you know about the Notice from Blade yesterday, when the ANN came out today? Was there some media article yesterday?

So, the company owns 50% of Cadlao and is being offered $6m for half of that. Total "value" for RAI of Cadlao is $12m. Current market cap is $12.7m @ 5c.

This one is going to be explosive. It may need bigger interests than just the RAI Directors to resolve it. Maybe they were in over their heads. No idea here, but RAI will represent value soon, if not now.
