I am unhappy to advise you that NTM has not packed up there bags and left there pot of gold
NTM will now take legal action and have given the opportunity to the ALC / TO's to come to an agreement.
As this was not successful due to BHP pumping $$$ to the ALC - this will be taken down the legal path...
