my guess is if there really is something worth digging for the capital raising will be put to sophisticated investors and covered without attempting to tap shareholders for more cash.

If an attempt is made to tap shareholders for more cash.....well in this climate I can't see it being very successful.

As for the trading halt right at the time that the quarterly is due....difficult to gleen confidence from this move.

If management have a substantial project to put to sophisticated investors it is possible for one to see real potential especially if the Chairman and CEO have some assets to bring to the boardroom table.

We'll have to wait and see....

My 'Buy" is now a 'Hold'
