Was always going to be about the cap raising results.
Cap raising a no go-er, failed to meet minimum numbers required. CAQ is now proposing a cap raising via "alternative arrangements" (la jolla again? lol).
This was a great idea to raise cheap capital, but a terrible time to try do it, especially with a major shareholder selling at 4c.. back to the drawing board for now...
hopefully good times ahead next year.
