the company must be very short of cash.
at sept there was $65m of which $45m was restricted. This left $20m to cover expect outflows of $38m. its fair to say it was there for all to see in the recent quarterly report.
as i said, and got hung for. the debt is too large and interest rate too high. $18.5m in interest for the sept quarter alone.
