I agree Nzmicro - I do recall multi-million shares bought via off market transfers at $2 as well.

We don't have anywhere near the facts, so everything we say atm is pure speculation. Could be that they have sufficient funds to run the business however due to the delay in start-up they could be tossing up the possibility of raising some funds (or feeling the market) to help guarantee with the timeline they set for ramp-up.
