This is so wrong. I invested in this REIT for growth and distributions. I took my risk when things looked shaky. Now that it is effectively de-risked, they are saying we dont need you - here is your money back.
I'm pretty sure it will happen however (I got shunted out of EDT and Valad as well) so I think I'll sell very soon on-market. Dont see the point in waiting til next year. Unlikely we'll get a further increased offer imo.
At least I'm well ahead in this one.
