I agree andy you do need to research the past and there are times i dont invest in a stock due to managements past performance. I could reel off many a name of directors i would not invest in if they were directors of a company i was looking to invest in. But thats where i see Carl Swenson becoming chairman of GNI a very very big plus here. His past reputation is good so at this point i am looking forward from the past frustration which there are many like drilling delays being just one to the future with Carl at the helm. My money is on this being a turnaround from here. Good luck all.
