MIxed feelings about this.
On one hand it is good that they managed to raise another Million at 5 cents and this should keep PPY afloat for a critical few months.
Despite all of the negativity on this forum it seems they had a good enough story for this capital raising.
On the other hand it does show that most of the original investors continue to get diluted.
It is a long time since they did a rights issue to ALL shareholders.
