From the ASX rules, I get the following violations:

1. 15% rule - you are only allowed to issue an extra 15% of shares on top of the shares on issue 12 months ago (this offer is for 1.2bn, I believe they also did a new issue late last year, not sure if it was within the past 12months)
2. The issue price must be 80% or greater of the VWAP for the past 5 days (0.0005 is 50% of 0.001)
3. I believe we must also vote in the move - either via extraordinary general meeting or something (?)
4. The 0.1c / fractional cent rule as previously mentioned
