As an investor, COF's sp decline has now seriously damaged any confidence I previously had in stocks not covered by the published analysts.

The sp has been in decline for many months; presumably insiders, and those in the know, have been offloading at cost to the buyers and to those who assumed that the last COF update was the full picture (cancelled div and a relatively positive announcement re bank facilities).

HST has followed a similar disastrous path to that of COF.

With these companies which do not receive much outside analytical attention, insiders have an open book, which we do not have.
