They convinced someone to exercise about 21.4m
2013 1c options.
Considering they are .005/.006,its a discount to what they could get.
Maybe easier to sell that many shares in a pump than options if the news is good.
Could be just enough funds to keep them going until they raise more funds at higher price.
That's just being optimisic but that's all we've got atm.
