    Doesn't make a huge diff but ann says you pay the smaller of:

    $11.50 - 0.17 (dividend) = $11.33
    or
    VWAP - 2.5%

    ..... and no brokerage is worth a few cents.

    I agree it's a bit marginal compared to just buying on market.
