Haven't been keeping up on this strugler of recent times , but could this be it this time . Have they got $900,000 cash at hand ( plus environmental bonds) .looks like it's (just) cash flow neutral at the moment . Hard to get excited about throwing more money down the hole (if there is another issue- as there is already 3 billion shares) .If it's such a good story(now) , why not let the 'deep pocket boys' save it , & just stand on the sidelines & watch
