Probably year end trading - take a loss or minimise gain and then buy back, with little chance of a significant short term price change. Just a thought. It is interesting to note that despite the heavy presence on the sell side, the price is well supported at 27 cents so there is confidence in the stock and when you think what is happening to the rest of the market it is not looking too bad, but still cheaper to buy on market than from entitlements!. Go CGG , looking forward to a 2 bagger within 6 months
