I dont believe it is a new or amended JV,

IFE is undertaking a capital raising, they clearly state that in their TH request. Funds raised will be used for the wilcherry hill project no doubt. TRF has also entered a TH because I imagine information surrounding IFE's TH will be price sensitive and because TRF own 20% of the wilcherry hill project need to also enter a TH until more info is released.

TRF stated in their TH requested that it was regarding a JV with IFE because they're already in one with IFE. Seems pretty simple to me, no need to speculate anything else at this stage
