as to nullapoo...mate I am accessing computer from a cafe and doesn't let me open attachments (to stop viruses no doubt)...hence reason couldn't access announcement...
Unfortunately I thought it must have been a capital raising per recent announcement re: purchase of DRA 20% and cash flow impact given part cash consideration
