How do people propose they get the SP trading above the NTA value? It is returning only about 11% for the distribution, but not only that, its very close to the NTA already, NTA was quoted in results presentation as 72c per unit, and they're already trading in the 55c to 60c range.
I can't see why people would pay a premium, when there are higher yielding REITs out there. I know there's a difference in risk, with different amounts of gearing, I spose people like the safe bet of MCW, as opposed to the higher yielding stocks.
as per my sig, I'm in a few.
AJA, trading at 50% of its NTA, 20% yield. RCU, trading at 40% of its NTA, 25% yield. OAK, not sure of current NTA, 20% gross yield.
even rock solid infrastrucutre assets like TSI and DUE are returning 12-15% at current SP.
I like MCW, well run, just not enough yield, I have to chose where to put my money, I'd rather it be working harer elsewhere. But if only I could get more at 10c like you could last year...... hmmm
