And the acquisition of the "Advanced high grade Cameron Lake Gold Project",

Could CVY be seen as a takeover target?

Is this Cap Raising for the purpose of funding the "100% interest in the Advanced High Grade Cameron Lake Gold Project"? The aquisition was announced on 23rd December 2009, but I have not been able to locate any further info on how this was going to be funded.
