I just see it as a kind of ramping, the TD isn't even hit.
However I have NOT done alot of DD on the management or projects.However a th is non essential even if they had hit. A simple price sens ANN is enuff for mine.
On the plus side though it does keep the rabbits (insiders) out. Only justification for it IMO, either that or they already have hit paydirt, possibly. GL holders.
