    Hi Locky

    There was a lot of earlier posts about the timing of this versus doing once secured MEO farm-in...I won't rehash that....

    Anyhow, I guess in the next 48 hours we will see what happens in terms of share placement to sophisticated investors and at what price.

    I will admit it was one of the more intriguing RI I have been involved in...
