    or perhaps something big has happened with the vietnam voip stuff.....

    Makes me wonder what it is.......is it is big they sure kept a good lid on it this time.... usually before something has cocme out the volume goes through the roof..

    but not this time...

    would be crazy if they closed two huge deals this close togehter .speaking of cp and china deal...but who knows.
