    Price surely is ...... couldave been much higher with an underwriter ...... but at least its to shareholders.

    There u go , Patersons underwriting.
    They are obvioulsy looking for lotsa overs at the CHEAP price !

    WHE did something similar ... never looked back.

    Sometimes I wonder what business school these directors went to.

    Should be a winner for shareholders overall ... but underwriters will be even happier.
