really weird timing. Very seldom a company will put itself into a trading halt (extended) on results announcement date. With WOW due to announce results tomorrow this sort of surprises me, and I am sure many others. Results time is usually about the results, and you usually don't want to dilute that wih noise - unless perhaps you want to take the focus away from the results?
Of course it could just be unfortunate time of these transactions coming to fruition, but I am surprised..
