Interesting.I would have expected a cap raise after the final round of drilling was completed.There are more than sufficient funds at hand to complete this.Either a decision has been made to self mine and funds are required to advance the project or a opportunity has arisen out of left field.I would tend to doubt a placement.Let's wait for the announcement.
