Latest offtake is non-specific; "Marubeni’s obligation to purchase commences after Syrah issues a notice that it has adequate commercial production rates of the Product", but from the AGM presentation I garner a Balama production 'ramp up' in early 2017. We're currently awaiting the results of the spherical engineering study first, which should be available within the next few weeks.
