about 6 years ago I had bought about 25,000 Northern star share (ave. cost was 1.15), at that time the gold price tanked inexplicably and I have to admit I panicked and bailed at 70c losing a bit. No one knows why a particular sector /share gets hit so randomly but I suspect its how govt/wealthfund/investment banks make money due to their power. As you might know NST is worth now $8.80 today ,the reasons I bought it were right but and I feel i have learned a lesson from that moment. I see the decline in SYR and its de ja vue feeling for me. I have been following SYR from early days and just bought 5000 (1.10) and feel if I take a long term view it will one day a valuable share. murray
