The reason behind a trading halt is always price sensitive. Thats why theres a halt. However the "request" for the trading halt might or might not be depending on the information given. Often for instance, if there is a capital raising the company will put something like "pending the outcome of a capital raising".
In this case, there is simply no information. Anyone checked the CZM news?
