A couple of things
Price seems to be POA. You contact the sales team, tell them your needs and they will quote a price and deal with you. Lots of companies will offer you a special price discount dpending on quantity, options, training and support, and maintenance contracts. Thats pretty typical for big ticket items.
I think previous claims that it wasn't for sale were not completely correct. It wasn't for sale in the USA prior to getting FDA approval, but I think it was also still also under development and testing even though it had approvals in Europe.
Barrow Hospital had 11 operating theatres with the previous models in each and intend to upgrade the lot for their neurosurgeons. It seems they really, really like all the new features.
