I think its very likely that they have to satisfy obligations to the ASX while complying with an agreement to CZM. Thats why they don't comment about activities being handled by CZM.

Presumably they called a halt on the day they were notified by CZM that they had FDA approval, although it was granted earlier on the 25th. Looking at the share price, obviously no-one bothered to check the FDA site. Still the delay is food for thought.

Just IMO, but I would say that OIL is pretty much off the radar of most biotech investors. Not that many understand what "confocal laser endoscopic microscopy" actually means or how it might be used. And its taken so long to arrive, those that were interested have drifted away. Maybe things will get a boost if the company finally gets some analyst recommendations.
