I’ve got no issue with the granting of options as reward for performance or if they are offered in lieu of salaries.
I question the timing of the options announcement ( as they would have had knowledge of FDA - if that’s what they will announce ) and the share price hurdle at 8 cents.
Maybe they know that what will be announced to the market shortly will have zero effect on the share price.
Anyone can cost cut , there is no reward for that.
