Snouts in the trough or adequate recompense for their efforts? At first glance, if they knew of approval on 25/10 should not the market have been informed then? Perhaps there is a need to wait for a hard copy delivery of the approval or are they waiting on terms of the approval - I have no idea on the answers to any of those questions but at first glance it does appear to smell a little off. There is the option to vote against the resolution, not sure that retail holders would have the combined clout to produce a negative result, I do know I don't hold enough to sway the outcome. There are already 433 mil shares on issue and sure any addition will produce some dilution but the numbers we are talking here don't seem to be significant enough to stir anger in me.
The question that does arise in my mind is does this approval, if that is what we have, make OIL a target for one of the big fish now.
Just really the musings of a long term minor holder. Thoughts?
