you are right there. I was expecting 5.5+ and yes we will be limited by the AWV SP.
The question is when does the deal go through? i.e. when will our 2 EXC shares be swapped over for AWV? This will determine how our SP performs.
i.e. if the swap is going to happen tomorrow (unlikely as the vote still needs to be passed) we don't have much time for a run, but if the swap will be happening in a few weeks/months time this will give AWV time to recoup and go on a run, and seeing as though our SP is proportional to that of AWV, an AWV run will see us follow.

Another point; did I misread this part? 2 EXC shares for 1 AWV when it was valued at $0.125, so really they have valued our share at $0.0625
